1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ET59 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ET59 is a web-based promotion platform that provides:

  • Web scraping tools for collecting content from public websites
  • Backlink management and CSV import
  • Product catalog management
  • Promotion plan creation and progress tracking
  • Team collaboration with role-based access control

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to scrape websites that prohibit automated access
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Use the Service for spamming or distributing malware
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you create on ET59, including scrape tasks, backlinks, products, and promotion plans. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

ET59 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
