Create a Promotion Plan
Link products to backlinks and track promotion progress
What Is a Promotion Plan?
A promotion plan connects a **product** to a set of **backlinks**. You track progress as you submit to each backlink, and the plan auto-completes when all backlinks are marked done.
Prerequisites
Before creating a plan, make sure you have:
- At least one **product** in your catalog
- Some **backlinks** imported
Create a Plan
- Go to **Dashboard → Promotion Plans → New Plan**
- Enter a plan name (e.g., "Launch Campaign for Product X")
- Select a **product** to promote
- Select which **backlinks** to include in this plan
Track Progress
Once created, you'll see:
- A **progress bar** showing completion percentage
- A list of assigned backlinks with status toggles
- Mark each backlink as **done** when you've submitted your content
Auto-Completion
When all backlinks in a plan are marked as done, the plan automatically changes its status to **Completed**.
Tips
- Start with a small set of backlinks and expand over time
- Use the progress dashboard to monitor all active plans at once
- Upgrade to Pro for unlimited plans and backlinks
