Create promotion plans to track your campaigns
What Is a Promotion Plan?
A plan connects a **product** to a set of **backlinks**, creating a trackable promotion campaign.
Create a Plan
- Go to **Dashboard → Promotion Plans → New Plan**
- Fill in:
- - **Plan Name** — e.g., "Q1 Launch for Product X"
- - **Product** — select from your catalog
- - **Backlinks** — choose which backlinks to include
Plan Lifecycle
- **Active** — plan is in progress, backlinks being worked on
- **Completed** — all backlinks marked as done (auto-triggered)
Managing Plans
- View all plans from the Promotion Plans dashboard
- Click into any plan to see its backlinks and progress
- Mark individual backlinks as done to update progress
Starter Plan Limits
- 1 active promotion plan on the free tier
- Upgrade to Pro for unlimited plans
